PitchMonster Pricing: Plans, Seats and What to Ask
On this page
TL;DR
- PitchMonster does not publish a dollar price. Its pricing page (checked October 2026) lists two plans, both "quote-based" and priced per seat.
- The two plans are AI Role-plays (practice, the scenario editor, scorecards, certifications, leaderboards, Salesforce) and AI Role-plays + AI Analysis + AI Coach (everything in the first plan plus call analysis, AI Coach conversations, speech coaching, Gong, LMS and webhooks).
- Your quote depends on the plan, the seat count and the contract length. Standard contracts run 12 months, most teams start with 5 or more seats, and volume discounts lower the per-seat rate.
- Seats belong to the company, so you can move a seat from one rep to another at no cost. PitchMonster says onboarding, integrations and support come with every plan, with no paid add-ons.
- Before you sign, get the per-seat rate in writing for your exact seat count and term, and run a two-week pilot that prices the whole first year. Quotain, the publisher of this guide, also quotes team plans and offers a free practice call.

How we checked
Quotain publishes this guide and sells a competing AI sales roleplay product, so read it with that in mind. On October 26, 2026 we read PitchMonster's pricing page, its AI role-play page and its homepage. Every PitchMonster fact below comes from those pages. We did not use third-party price estimates, because none of them can tell you what your own seat count and term will cost. For other vendors we cite each vendor's own pricing page, checked the same week.
Plan 1: AI Role-plays
Best for teams that need practice and certification, without live-call analysis.
PitchMonster positions this plan as "Best for new rep onboarding and enablement certification." The pricing page lists seven inclusions:
- Phone, avatar and screen-sharing roleplays
- A roleplay editor with 40+ customizations
- Roleplay creation from transcripts, documents and call recordings
- Custom scorecards, or frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPIN and Sandler
- Certifications
- Leaderboards and activity analytics
- Salesforce integration
The AI role-play page adds detail on the practice modes: a phone mode for cold calls, a face-to-face mode with "a video AI buyer," and a screen-share mode for demos. The same page states roleplay in 29 languages.
If your goal is onboarding, practice before live calls and a pass mark before reps go live, this plan covers that list. If you also want feedback on recorded customer calls, look at the second plan.
Plan 2: AI Role-plays + AI Analysis + AI Coach
Best for teams that want practice and live-call review from one vendor.
PitchMonster labels this plan "Recommended" and positions it as an "Always-on AI coach" for reps. It includes everything in AI Role-plays, plus:
- Call analysis
- AI Coach conversations
- Speech coaching
- Gong integration
- LMS integration and webhooks
The pricing FAQ sums up the split: the first plan covers practice, and the second adds features for live calls. If your reps already record calls in Gong and you want those calls scored and coached in the same tool as practice, this is the plan to quote.
Terms that apply to both plans
The pricing page answers most commercial questions in its FAQ. Checked October 2026:
- How the quote is built: the price depends on "the plan, how many seats you need, and your contract length."
- Volume discounts: the per-seat price drops as seat count grows. The page says teams of 10 and teams of 500 pay different per-seat rates.
- Seat minimum: "Most teams start with 5 or more seats." Smaller teams are asked to book a call.
- Contract length: "Standard contracts run 12 months," with 3 and 6 month terms for teams that qualify.
- Seat reassignment: seats belong to the company, not to a named rep, and moving a seat costs nothing.
- Add-ons: the page states that none of the integrations are paid add-ons. The plan decides what you get.
- Onboarding and support: onboarding, integrations and support come with every plan. Every customer gets chat and email support. Larger teams get a dedicated customer success manager.
- Setup time: first roleplays usually run within the first week, and custom scenarios are live within two weeks.
- Trial: the FAQ answers "Yes" to a free trial, set up through a demo with scenarios built around your sales process.
- Data: the page describes PitchMonster as GDPR compliant and says customer content is never used to train models for other customers. The AI role-play page also states a completed SOC 2.
What the public page does not tell you
Three gaps matter for a budget.
- The per-seat number. No figure appears for either plan, at any seat count. You will only know it from a quote.
- Which feature rows sit in which plan. The page has a feature table of about 40 rows (for example "Multi-persona and gatekeeper role-plays" and "Custom reports and data exports"), with check marks per plan. Read the check marks on the live page with your quote, and ask PitchMonster to confirm in writing any row you depend on.
- Billing cadence and renewal terms. The page states contract length but not whether you pay monthly, quarterly or annually up front, or how renewal pricing is set.
What to ask PitchMonster before you sign
Copy these into your first sales call:
- What is the per-seat price for each plan at our exact seat count, on a 12 month term and on a shorter term?
- At what seat counts does the volume discount change?
- Is the contract billed annually up front or in installments?
- How is renewal pricing set, and is there a cap on increases?
- Which rows of the feature table come with AI Role-plays, and which need the higher plan?
- Can we start on AI Role-plays and move to the higher plan mid-term? How is the difference priced?
- What does onboarding include: who builds the first scenarios, and how many?
- Is there any limit on practice minutes or sessions per seat?
- What security documents can you share during review (SOC 2 report, DPA, subprocessor list)?
- What happens to our recordings and scenarios if we do not renew?
How to price a two-week pilot
PitchMonster's role-play page says it runs free pilots through a demo. Any vendor's pilot can look good in a demo, so set the test up so the result tells you what a year will cost and what you get for it.
Use the same scenario, the same three reps and the same scorecard in every tool you test. Score each row 0 (fails), 1 (works with a workaround) or 2 (works). For a fuller version, see the pilot record in our AI sales roleplay software guide.
What to test | How to score it | Who scores |
|---|---|---|
Buyer realism | Reps recognize the role, objections and stage of one real upcoming deal | Three pilot reps |
Score evidence | A manager can tie each score to a line in the transcript | Enablement lead |
Retry | A rep can repeat the weak moment without rerunning the whole call | Pilot rep and manager |
Modes you will use | Phone, avatar or screen-share, only the ones in your rollout | Program owner |
Admin time | Minutes to build and edit one scenario without vendor help | Program owner |
Live-call link | A finding from a recorded call becomes a practice task (higher plan only) | Sales manager |
Security | Documents you need arrive within the pilot window | Security owner |
First-year cost | Seats times rate, plus setup, services and any term premium | Finance or RevOps |
At the end, write the first-year total and the renewal total side by side for each vendor. A per-seat rate is not comparable across tools until you know what one seat includes.
How PitchMonster pricing compares with similar tools
Most AI roleplay vendors quote team plans. A few publish numbers. Public pricing only, from each vendor's page, checked October 2026:
Tool | Public pricing | Unit | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
PitchMonster | No price; two quote-based plans | Per seat | |
Hyperbound | Free plan with 45 prebuilt roleplays; paid plans quoted | Per user, separate Practice and Perform licenses | |
Kendo | Pro $55, Max $100, Enterprise custom | Per seat per month, with roleplay minutes per plan | |
Yoodli | Individual plans free, $8 and $20 a month billed annually; Business and Enterprise quoted | Per seat, billed annually for teams | |
Outdoo | Free plan with 60 minutes of credits; Growth and Enterprise quoted | Not per seat; unlimited team members | |
Quotain | Free trial, up to 3 practice calls; Team plan quoted | Quoted for seats and scope |
The units differ, so line up a quote from each finalist for the same seats, term and features before comparing numbers. If you are still choosing a shortlist, see our PitchMonster alternatives guide.
Quotain pricing
Quotain's pricing page (checked October 2026) lists two options:
- Free trial, $0, no credit card. Up to 3 practice calls (cold call, discovery or negotiation) against a buyer built from your company, with a scorecard and transcript after each call. You can start at app.quotain.com/demo.
- Team, custom quote. "Quoted for your seats and scope." The page lists buyers in 32 languages, four difficulty levels, your own scorecards, drills and certification, and your CRM, call recorder and docs connected. Buying-committee calls with several buyers, grading of recorded customer calls and the meeting recorder are marked "On request."
The quote process is also on the page: you bring one live deal, Quotain builds the simulation on the call so you can judge quality first, then you get a written quote for seats, setup and support. Quotain can scope a pilot around one team and one sales motion.
Two things to know up front. Quotain does not publish a per-seat number either, so you will compare quotes. And Quotain does not have a SOC 2 report or SSO yet; its Trust Center lists SOC 2 Type II as in progress. If your security review requires either today, that will decide the shortlist.
Where PitchMonster fits better than Quotain
- You need a video avatar buyer. PitchMonster lists a face-to-face mode with a video AI buyer. Quotain practice uses still buyer portraits, not video avatars.
- SSO or a SOC 2 report is required now. PitchMonster's pricing page includes SSO in both plans and its AI role-play page states a completed SOC 2. Quotain has neither yet.
- You want published seat terms before the first call. PitchMonster's page states the seat minimum, contract length, seat reassignment and add-on policy in plain terms.
- Gong, LMS and webhooks must be in the base contract. The higher PitchMonster plan names all three.
Quotain fits better when the team's main need is practice against a buyer built from a specific account and call, scored on its own scorecard, with a retry on the moment that went wrong. The Quotain vs PitchMonster comparison covers the product side.
Frequently asked questions
How much does PitchMonster cost?
PitchMonster does not publish a price. Its pricing page, checked October 2026, lists two quote-based plans priced per seat: AI Role-plays, and AI Role-plays + AI Analysis + AI Coach. The quote depends on the plan, the number of seats and the contract length, and volume discounts lower the per-seat rate for larger teams. Ask for a written quote at your exact seat count.
What is the difference between PitchMonster's two plans?
The AI Role-plays plan covers practice: phone, avatar and screen-share roleplays, the scenario editor, custom scorecards, certifications, leaderboards and Salesforce. The AI Role-plays + AI Analysis + AI Coach plan adds call analysis, AI Coach conversations, speech coaching, and Gong, LMS and webhook integrations. Choose the second plan if you want recorded customer calls reviewed in the same tool.
Does PitchMonster have a free trial?
Yes. PitchMonster's pricing FAQ says it offers a free trial, set up through a demo with scenarios built around your sales process. Its AI role-play page describes these as free pilots. There is no self-serve price or checkout on the page.
Is there a minimum number of seats for PitchMonster?
PitchMonster's pricing page says most teams start with 5 or more seats, and asks smaller teams to book a call to discuss a setup. Seats belong to the company, so a seat can move from one rep to another at no extra cost.
How long is a PitchMonster contract?
PitchMonster's pricing page says standard contracts run 12 months, and that 3 and 6 month contracts are available for teams that qualify. The page does not say whether billing is annual up front or in installments, so ask during the quote.
Does PitchMonster charge for integrations or add-ons?
According to its pricing page, no. Salesforce integration and SSO come with both plans, and the higher plan adds Gong, LMS and webhooks. The page says none are paid add-ons and that onboarding, integrations and support come with every plan.
Is Quotain cheaper than PitchMonster?
Neither vendor publishes a per-seat price, so the only fair comparison is two written quotes for the same seats, term and features. Quotain offers a free trial with up to 3 practice calls and quotes Team plans for your seats and scope. Run both through the same two-week pilot and compare first-year and renewal totals.
