Plug Quotain into the stack you already run
Read-only connections to your CRM, calendar and call recorders feed practice and grading. Your rules decide which meetings come in and how each one is scored.
Write the rule once, and every call follows it. Privacy decides which meetings come in. Routing decides which ones get saved and scored, and on which scorecard.
- 1 · Privacy
Keep private meetings out.
Ignore internal or sensitive meetings by title, attendee or duration before any transcript is fetched.
The Privacy rule reads: When title contains any of 1:1, standup, internal, Then Ignore. If no rule matches, import the call. - 2 · Routing
Send each call to its scorecard.
Save and score pricing calls on the Negotiation scorecard, save the rest without grading, and the first matching rule wins.
The Routing rule reads: When title contains any of pricing and attendee includes morgan.lee@velasystems.com, Then Save and score, Also set stage to Negotiation and scorecard to Negotiation. First matching rule wins; if no rule matches, Save only. - 3 · Preview
Preview before you publish.
Preview runs your rules on recent meetings and shows the action and the reason for each one, so nothing changes until you publish.
Preview runs the rules on recent meetings: the Vela Systems pricing review from Gong is saved and scored because its title contains pricing; the Orbit Pay renewal check-in from Fathom and the Crestline Dental business case review are saved only because no rule matched. Then Publish: Published v2.

Questions RevOps teams ask before connecting Quotain
Which tools does Quotain connect to?
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio and Lightfield. Calls and conversation intelligence: Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, Chorus, Salesloft, Clari Copilot, Grain, Granola, Circleback and Salesfinity. Calendar and email: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Documents and knowledge: Notion, Confluence and SharePoint. Messaging: Slack and Microsoft Teams.
What does Quotain read, and does it write anything back?
Connections are read-only. Call recorders sync titles, attendees, dates and transcripts; calendars and email give meeting context for prep; documents ground practice in your own material. Quotain never edits or creates calls, pages or records in your tools.
Who decides which calls get graded?
You do, with Call rules. Privacy rules ignore internal or sensitive meetings before any transcript is fetched. Routing rules decide whether each imported call is saved and scored, saved only or ignored, and can set its stage and scorecard. Rules apply to the organization, a team or a user, and Preview shows the effect on recent meetings before you publish.
