See where the team slips, down to the attempt

Quotain scores every practice attempt against your team’s criteria and lays the results out by skill and rep. Open any cell to see the attempts behind it, then assign the drill.

The Quotain Team progress page shows each criterion’s pass rate for the team and for every rep. Sorted weakest first, Anchored value before price rises to the top at 45%, and its Team cell is selected.

Questions managers ask before trusting the numbers

What does each cell in the grid measure?

The share of scored practice attempts in the selected range where that criterion reached the pass threshold of 6 out of 10, for one rep or for the whole team. The criteria come from your own scorecards, and a cell built on a single attempt is marked so thin evidence doesn’t read as a trend.

Does the grid include real calls?

No. Skill coverage is built from practice attempts. Progress reports real calls separately, with their own count and average score, and closed-loop coaching compares deal progression with real-call behavior once deal-stage history is connected or imported.

What can a manager do with a weak cell?

Open it to list the matching attempts, open any attempt at its review, then assign practice to one rep, a team, or everyone you coach with a due date. Open and overdue assignments stay visible on Progress.

How should we compare readiness across teams?

Compare the same criterion from the same scorecards and comparable conversation stages. Check how many attempts sit behind each number before treating a difference in scores as a difference in readiness.

Does a higher practice score prove better sales results?

No. A practice score describes performance against a rubric. Check whether the behavior appears in later buyer conversations, and measure business outcomes separately before drawing conclusions about sales impact.
