Know who to coach this week, and on what

The coaching queue ranks your reps by what needs you first, with the call moment behind each item and practice one click away.

The Coaching queue on Quotain's Progress page, past 7 days. Leo Chen is High priority with 3 low-score attempts that need manager attention. Jordan Park is Medium, with readiness below the coaching threshold on Anchored value before price. Maya Ilic is Low: practice has gone quiet for 7+ days. Each item has Draft a coaching plan and Assign practice.

Clear the queue before Friday. Each item arrives with its evidence and a next step, so every 1:1 starts at the moment that matters.

  1. Leo Chen

    Start with the pattern.

Repeated low scores on one criterion rise to the top. Open the matching calls and assign a drill built for that criterion.

Leo Chen's item opens its matching calls, two cold calls scored 6.9 and 6.6. The manager assigns a drill for Anchored value before price, and the item shows 1 open · 0 completed.
  2. Jordan Park

Walk into the 1:1 with a plan.

Ask for a coaching plan and the Assistant drafts one replay and one retry around the rep's weakest skill, ready for your next 1:1.

Jordan Park's item drafts a coaching plan: weakest skill Anchored value before price, for the next 1:1, with the manager action Run a 1:1 around Anchored value before price and assign one retry.
  3. Maya Ilic

    Bring a quiet rep back.

When practice goes quiet, the queue suggests one short roleplay and tells you what to check on the first scorecard.

Questions managers ask before their first coaching queue

How does Quotain decide who is at the top of the coaching queue?

The queue looks at the period you pick on Progress. Repeated low-score attempts and failed scorecards push a rep toward High. Readiness below the coaching threshold and practice that has gone quiet also bring a rep into the queue. Each item shows its reason and a suggested next step.

What can I do from a queue item?

Open the rep's calls and attempts, ask the Assistant to draft a coaching plan for your next 1:1, or assign practice on the criterion behind the item. From the criterion grid you can open the matching calls and assign a drill for that criterion, then track it as open or completed.

How do I know the coaching stuck?

The rep's next attempts are graded on the same criteria, so the grid and the rep's progress show whether that criterion moved. Recorded calls graded on the same scorecard show whether the behavior reached the field.
