Walk into every call already practiced

Quotain fills your Home with the practice that matters this week and lets you replay any line of a call until your answer holds.

Jordan Park's Home in Quotain: a six-day practice streak, a pricing review with Morgan Lee assigned by Priya Shah and due tomorrow, a suggested retry on Secure a specific next step, and Thursday's meetings with a rehearsal buyer ready for Elena Marsh.

Fix one answer before the buyer hears it. Every score points to a line you said, and you can pick the call back up from that line.

  1. 01

The line that cost the point.

Your scorecard marks the words behind a missed criterion, with the timestamp and what the buyer said next.

On Jordan Park's graded call, the answer at 29:48, “I can send over a few resources after the call,” is underlined. The scorecard marks Secure a specific next step as not met, a critical criterion.
  2. 02

Pick the call up from there.

Continue the call from that line. The buyer starts from what they just said, so you practice the moment and skip the cold open.

Jordan presses Continue call from here on that line. The practice call continues the call and starts when Elena Marsh says “What would you need from us to get this on the board’s agenda?”
  3. 03

Say it again until it lands.

Each new attempt is scored on the same criterion, and Quotain shows what changed since your last try.

In the new attempt the old answer is struck out and the new one takes its place: “Let’s book thirty minutes on Thursday to build the board summary together, and I’ll bring the rollout plan.” The criterion reads Improved since last time.

Questions reps ask before their first practice call

What shows up on my Home in Quotain?

Your next practice, in order: assignments from your manager with their due dates, suggested retries on criteria you missed, and your upcoming meetings with a practice buyer for each one that has been prepared. Your practice streak sits at the top.

Can I practice one moment instead of the whole call?

Yes. On a graded call, choose Continue call from here on any line. The practice call starts from what the buyer said at that point, so you work on the answer without replaying the opening. Drills let you repeat a single objection or question the same way.

How do I know my new answer is better?

Every attempt is graded on the same scorecard criteria, with the evidence from your transcript. The scorecard shows which criteria improved since your last attempt, which lost credit and which still need work.
