Which call recorders can Quotain import from?
Gong, Fathom, Fireflies, Otter, Grain, Circleback, Granola, Attio, Lightfield, Salesloft, Clari Copilot, Chorus and Salesfinity, plus call transcripts kept in Notion. Each source is connected once, and new calls keep syncing with their transcripts.
Can we add a call that isn't in a connected tool?
Yes. Use Add a call to upload an audio or video file of up to 250 MB, or paste a transcript or upload it as a .txt, .md, .vtt or .srt file. Quotain transcribes recordings before grading them.
Are synced calls graded automatically?
By default, yes: new calls from a connected source are graded as they arrive. Call rules can save matching calls without a score or set the stage and scorecard to use, and any call can be graded or regraded from its page.
How does an imported call turn into practice?
Open the call, pick a line in the transcript and choose Continue call from here. Quotain sets up a practice call that picks up at that moment, with an AI buyer grounded in the recording. Practice this call starts one from the whole conversation.
