Changelog
The latest features, improvements, and fixes in Quotain.
New features
- Salesloft, Clari Copilot, Chorus, and Salesfinity: Connect four more call sources to import transcripts into Quotain for review and scorecard grading.
- Practice competitions: Managers can run timed competitions for a team or the whole organization, ranked by best score or practice streak. Live standings track progress, with reminders and winner announcements.
Improvements
- Jump from a transcript to the recording: Select a transcript passage to play that moment. Transcripts follow playback and pause following while you write a comment; comment links take teammates to the cited moment.
- More control over call syncing: Pause or resume a call connection, check its latest sync results, and import calls from a selected date range directly from integration settings.
Improvements
- Read the full conversation during practice: Live captions now keep the full transcript available. Scroll back to earlier turns without new speech pulling you away from your place.
- Find simulations by Persona: Filter the simulations library by its source Persona to find the scenarios built from a specific customer profile.
Improvements
- Create Personas from the assistant: Ask the assistant to create a Persona from any page. When you ask it to edit an existing Persona, it opens that editor and stages the changes for review.
New features
Improvements
- Select library items in bulk: Use checkboxes and Shift-click to select ranges of drills, scorecards, modules, or knowledge documents, then delete or archive the selection together.
New features
- Comment on specific call moments: Pin comments to transcript moments in real calls and practice sessions. Mention teammates, reply in threads, share a direct link, or start practice from the moment being discussed.
Improvements
- Write drills as a brief: Drills now have an editable brief, an optional simulation, and their own scorecard. Shape the practice moment and its grading criteria together in the drill editor.
- Build learning modules in one workspace: Edit a module's drills and simulations without leaving its Content workspace. Add written content and an attachment to a task, then preview the lesson as a learner.
Improvements
- See which program learners need attention: Program progress now highlights overdue and not-started work. Filter by status and open the relevant class or learner to follow up.
New features
- Turn a missed call moment into a recommended retry: After a real call is graded, Quotain can recommend a practice continuation at a missed moment. The retry uses the buyer's conversation and the scorecard gaps to focus the practice.
Improvements
- Choose which calendar meetings appear: Hide internal or solo meetings with calendar rules, or hide a single event or recurring series. Show hidden meetings to bring a specific event back.
New features
- Dedicated scorecards for custom call stages: Create and link scorecards to your organization's custom call stages. New scorecards can become the default rubric for a custom stage that does not have one yet.
New features
- Search call transcripts: Find a phrase in a call-review transcript, move between matching passages, and keep the current match highlighted without scrolling the whole page.
Improvements
- Edit and filter knowledge tags: Add or remove tags on knowledge documents and filter the library by tag. Your changes stay in place when a document's title or classification is updated.
Improvements
- Simulations grounded in real buyer conversations: Simulations created from calls now carry more of the buyer's stated facts, speech patterns, and objections into practice.
Fixes
- Smoother buyer audio in Safari: Fixed a Safari issue where speaker audio repeatedly interrupted the buyer. Practice also stops leftover buyer audio from replaying after an interruption.
New features
- More control over cold-call practice: Set how a buyer picks up and responds to a cold call. Practice recognizes opener pauses, email stalls, and spoken refusals, with a chance to respond before a soft goodbye ends the call.
New features
- Six more call recording integrations: Fathom, Fireflies, Lightfield, Grain, Circleback, and Otter connections are now available in integration settings for importing and syncing call transcripts.
New features
- Create practice from recorded calls: Build a simulation from one or more recorded calls, or choose a transcript line and continue the conversation in a live practice session.
- Control which calls are imported: Draft, preview, and publish call privacy rules using meeting details before a transcript is fetched. Calls excluded by those rules stay out of the Calls library.
Improvements
- Automatically grade eligible synced calls: Calls imported by sync can now be graded automatically when they meet your published call rules, using the scorecard selected by those rules.
New features
- Use Quotain in Spanish: Spanish is now available across the platform interface, including practice, scorecards, analytics, and settings.
Improvements
- Coaching grounded in the call you just practiced: The post-call Sales Coach uses specific conversation moments to guide reflection and adapts its follow-up questions to your answers.
New features
- Require critical criteria to pass a module task: Mark scorecard criteria as critical and require them for a module task to pass. Authors can choose between a minimum score and meeting the required criteria.
- Progress and personal coaching dashboards: Explore practice activity and skill gaps in Progress, with a personal My Coaching Focus dashboard and a broader library of analytics widgets.
New features
- Invite your team from a spreadsheet: Import a CSV or Excel roster from the Invite flow, review the parsed people, and send their invitations together.
New features
- Learning modules: Package roleplays and drills into learning modules, publish a version, and assign it with a due date. Learners follow the tasks while managers track attempts, pass requirements, and completion.
New features
- Nested teams and team leads: Organize people into teams and subteams. Team leads can coach and assign practice across their team branch, while observers get a read-only view of organization progress.
New features
