Cookie Notice
Last updated: July 20, 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how Eden AI, Inc., doing business as Quotain ("Quotain," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing website at quotain.com and our product at app.quotain.com (collectively, the "Sites"). For broader information about how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They serve different purposes — helping us understand how a site is used, letting you move between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improving your experience.
Our Sites use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them). We use first-party cookies (set by us) and a limited set of third-party cookies (set by service providers acting on our behalf).
2. What cookies and similar technologies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary.
Better Auth session cookies (on app.quotain.com). These cookies are required to keep you signed in to the Quotain product. The Site will not function correctly without them, and they cannot be disabled.
2.2 Analytics and performance.
We use the following analytics providers on our marketing site:
- Vercel Analytics — aggregated, privacy-friendly traffic measurement (page views, referrers, country-level location). Vercel Analytics does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not identify you personally. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- Vercel Speed Insights — anonymous performance measurement (Core Web Vitals such as Largest Contentful Paint and Interaction to Next Paint). Speed Insights does not use cross-site tracking cookies and does not identify you personally. See Vercel's privacy policy.
- PostHog — anonymous interaction analytics, including page views, clicks, scroll depth, and heatmaps, used to understand and improve the marketing site. We do not create identified PostHog profiles or enable session replay on the marketing site. See PostHog's privacy notice.
2.3 Advertising.
On our marketing website, we use Google Tag Manager to load advertising and measurement technologies from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. These providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to record page visits and interactions with our demo links, attribute conversions to campaigns, build advertising audiences, and help us show more relevant advertisements. When advertising is enabled, we also pass campaign and click identifiers from the landing page to our demo-booking form so a request can be attributed to the campaign that generated it. Depending on your location, we either ask for permission before activating these technologies or provide a clear opt-out.
- Google Ads: campaign attribution, conversion measurement, and remarketing. See Google's advertising technologies information.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: campaign measurement, website audience insights, and remarketing. See LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel: campaign measurement, conversion attribution, and remarketing across Meta products. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, these advertising technologies remain blocked unless you select Allow Advertising. Elsewhere, they may be enabled unless you opt out through Privacy Choices or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not use Meta Automatic Advanced Matching to collect form-field values such as email addresses or phone numbers from the marketing website.
3. Your choices
- Privacy Choices: Use the Privacy Choices link in the footer to allow, decline, opt out of, or withdraw permission for advertising technologies. Opting out does not affect access to the Sites.
- Browser controls: Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies through their settings. If you block strictly-necessary cookies on app.quotain.com, you will not be able to sign in.
- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we automatically treat advertising permission as declined. There is no common industry standard for Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to DNT.
- Account-level controls: Once you are signed in, you can view, export, or delete the Customer Data associated with your Account by contacting privacy@quotain.com.
4. Changes
Information about the cookies we use may be updated from time to time. We will reflect material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
