Second Nature AI Pricing: What Is Public and What to Ask
On this page
TL;DR
- Second Nature AI does not publish prices. Its site has no pricing page in the navigation, and pricing is one of the topics its sales team covers in a demo (checked October 2026).
- The only package Second Nature names in public is an "enterprise package", which its FAQ says includes five training sessions for setup, content creation and integration guidance.
- You can try free sample role plays (three to five minutes each) without talking to sales. Second Nature does not describe a free trial of your own workspace.
- Before you sign, get the license basis, seat minimum, which avatar formats and products are included, LMS and SSO terms, services, contract length and renewal pricing in writing.
- Quotain, the publisher of this guide, offers up to 3 free practice calls with no credit card. Team plans are quoted for your seats and scope, and a pilot can cover one team and one sales motion.

How we checked
We read Second Nature's homepage, product page, enterprise page, FAQ page, demo page and its two-week onboarding page on October 25 and 26, 2026. We also requested secondnature.ai/pricing, which returned a not-found page. For comparison, we read Hyperbound's pricing page and Quotain's own pricing page on the same dates.
Quotain publishes this guide and competes with Second Nature. We did not use third-party price estimates, because none of them could be checked against a Second Nature page. Treat every Second Nature statement below as the vendor's own claim, and confirm it in your quote.
What Second Nature says about pricing in public
Second Nature does not list a per-user price, a monthly price or a plan grid. The pricing references on its site point to a conversation:
- The demo form on Second Nature's homepage asks "Need answers about our products, services, pricing, and plans?" and offers a call with its team (checked October 2026).
- The Second Nature enterprise page says a demo lets you learn about pricing options for your use case (checked October 2026).
- The Second Nature demo page says the team will build a role play live on the call and show how it fits your existing tools (checked October 2026).
The one packaging detail in public is on the Second Nature FAQ page: "The enterprise package also includes five training sessions" covering application setup, content creation and integration guidance (checked October 2026). That tells you a packaged enterprise offer exists. It does not tell you whether smaller packages exist, so ask.
What could change the cost of Second Nature AI
Second Nature does not say which features affect price. The list below is what its public pages describe as part of the product. Use it as a checklist for the quote, and ask the rep to mark each item as included, extra or not available.
- Users and teams. The number of reps, managers and admins, and whether inactive or seasonal users count as seats.
- Practice formats. The homepage lists video avatar discovery calls, moving avatar role plays and multi-persona avatar meetings for B2B and B2C. The FAQ also lists webcam pitch recordings, slide presentations and product demos with screen sharing. Ask whether every format is in the base license.
- Deal Coach. The homepage describes Second Nature Deal Coach as AI coaching on live deals. Ask whether it is a separate product with its own price and what data it needs.
- Courses and content. The product page describes courses that combine videos, decks and quizzes with AI practice. Ask whether content creation help is included beyond the five training sessions.
- Learning systems. The enterprise page says role plays can be embedded in any LMS via SCORM or LTI. Ask whether LMS delivery costs extra.
- Identity and security. The enterprise page lists SSO and SCIM through identity providers such as Okta and Ping Identity, plus SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification. Ask whether SSO is in every package.
- Languages. The product page says over 30 languages; the enterprise page and FAQ say more than 25. Ask which languages your quote covers and whether adding one changes the price.
Free role plays are not a free trial
Second Nature's product page offers ready-made sample role plays such as a discovery call, a cold call and objection handling, each listed as a 3 minute experience. A build-your-own version is listed as a 5 minute experience (checked October 2026). A pop-up asks you to open the free role play on a desktop.
These samples show the conversation and feedback style. They do not show how the product handles your scenario, your scoring criteria or your reps. Second Nature's pages do not describe a self-serve trial of a team workspace or a published pilot offer. If you want to test on your own material before signing, ask for that during the demo and get the scope in writing.
How the Second Nature quote process works
Based on Second Nature's own pages, the sequence looks like this:
- Fill in the demo form and pick a time on the calendar.
- On the call, the team builds a role play live and walks through how it fits your tools.
- Pricing options are discussed for your use case.
- If you buy, the two-week onboarding page describes a kickoff and first role play on day one, a training library in week one, and manager dashboards and assignments in week two (checked October 2026).
Bring your seat count, regions, languages, LMS, identity provider and the one scenario you most want to train to the first call. A quote built on real numbers is easier to compare.
Questions to ask before you sign
Copy this list into your notes for the pricing call.
- What is the license unit: per user, per active user, per team or a flat annual fee?
- Is there a seat minimum or a minimum contract value?
- Which packages exist besides the enterprise package, and what separates them?
- Which practice formats are included: voice, video avatar, moving avatar, multi-persona, webcam recording, slides, screen-share demos?
- Is Deal Coach included, optional or sold separately?
- Are SCORM or LTI delivery, SSO and SCIM included in our package?
- What do the five training sessions cover, and what does extra content help cost?
- Which languages and accents are included for our regions?
- What is the contract length, and what is the renewal price cap?
- What does adding seats in the middle of a term cost?
- Can we run a scoped pilot on our own scenarios, and does it convert to the first contract?
- Who owns scenario updates after launch: our team or yours?
Pilot pricing: what to ask for
Second Nature does not publish pilot pricing. A pilot request is reasonable when you buy for more than one team. Ask for a pilot with one team, two or three of your own scenarios and a fixed end date, and ask how the pilot fee (if any) applies to a full contract.
Score the pilot on cost as well as quality. Use the same sheet for every vendor you test.
Test | How to score it | Owner |
|---|---|---|
Build time | Hours from kickoff to an approved scenario on your content | Enablement lead |
Vendor help | Number of times the vendor had to rewrite or fix a scenario | Enablement lead |
Rep use | Share of pilot reps who finish three or more sessions without reminders | Sales manager |
Scoring fit | Does the score match how your managers would grade the same session? | Sales manager |
Admin load | Hours per week to assign, review and report | Program owner |
Quote coverage | Licenses, formats, services, integrations, support and renewal listed | Finance or RevOps |
Total first-year cost | Every line in the quote, including services | Finance or RevOps |
How Second Nature pricing compares with Quotain and Hyperbound
Public pricing signals differ across AI sales roleplay vendors. All three below quote team pricing, but they differ in what you can try before a sales call.
Vendor | Free option | Paid pricing signal | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
Second Nature | Free sample role plays | No public prices; pricing covered in a demo | |
Hyperbound | Free plan with 45 prebuilt AI roleplays | Priced per user, with separate Practice and Perform licenses | |
Quotain | Up to 3 practice calls, no credit card | Team plans quoted for seats and scope |
Hyperbound's pricing page also says it offers volume discounts based on team size and savings on multi-year agreements (checked October 2026). For a full breakdown of other tools, see our Second Nature alternatives and Hyperbound alternatives guides.
What Quotain's pricing includes
Quotain's pricing page lists two options (checked October 2026):
- Free trial, $0. Up to 3 practice calls on a cold call, discovery or negotiation, with a scorecard and transcript after each call. No credit card is needed.
- Team, custom quote. Quoted for your seats and scope. It lists buyers in 32 languages, four difficulty levels, your own scorecards, drills and certification, and connections to your CRM, call recorder and docs. Buying-committee calls, grading of recorded customer calls and a meeting recorder are listed as available on request.
To get a quote, you describe your team size, sales motions, languages and tools, and bring one live deal. Quotain builds a simulation on the call and then sends a written quote covering seats, setup and support. A pilot can be scoped to one team and one sales motion before a wider rollout.
Where Second Nature may be worth its price over Quotain
Pay for Second Nature when its strengths match a requirement you already have:
- Avatars are part of the training design. Second Nature lists video and moving avatars. Quotain practice uses still buyer portraits, not video avatars.
- Your LMS must host the practice. Second Nature states SCORM and LTI delivery into any LMS.
- Security review needs certifications today. Second Nature states SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification and SSO with SCIM. Quotain does not have SOC 2 certification yet (its Trust Center says it is preparing for a SOC 2 Type II audit) and does not offer SSO yet.
- You want course content and practice in one place. Second Nature describes courses that mix videos, decks and quizzes with AI role play.
Quotain fits better when reps need to rehearse a specific upcoming conversation, with a buyer built from your playbook, accounts and recent calls, and a score tied to the moments in that call. See Quotain vs Second Nature for the side-by-side.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Second Nature AI cost?
Second Nature AI does not publish its prices. When we checked in October 2026, its website had no pricing page in the navigation, and pricing was offered as a topic for a demo call with its sales team. The only package it names in public is an enterprise package that includes five training sessions. Ask for a written quote that lists the license unit, seat minimum, included features, services and renewal terms.
Is Second Nature AI free?
Second Nature AI offers free sample role plays, such as a discovery call or cold call that takes about three minutes, and a build-your-own sample that takes about five minutes. Its pages do not describe a free plan or a free trial of a team workspace. Paid use for a team goes through a demo and a quote.
Is Second Nature AI priced per user?
Second Nature does not say on its public pages whether it prices per user, per team or by package. Ask on the demo call how seats are counted, whether there is a seat minimum, and what adding users in the middle of a contract costs. Compare that unit with how other vendors price before you compare totals.
What is included in the Second Nature enterprise package?
Second Nature's FAQ says the enterprise package includes five training sessions covering application setup, content creation and integration guidance. The FAQ does not list the rest of the package. Ask the vendor to mark every feature you need, such as avatar formats, Deal Coach, LMS delivery, SSO and languages, as included or extra.
Does Second Nature AI offer a pilot?
Second Nature does not publish a pilot offer or pilot pricing. Its onboarding page describes a two-week plan from kickoff to manager dashboards and assignments. You can ask for a scoped pilot with one team and a few of your own scenarios, and ask how any pilot fee applies to the full contract.
Is Second Nature AI worth it?
It can be worth it when your program needs avatar-led practice, LMS delivery through SCORM or LTI, and published security certifications such as SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001. Run a short pilot on your own scenarios and compare the total first-year cost with at least one other vendor before you decide.
Is Second Nature AI the same company as Second Nature air filters?
No. Second Nature AI (secondnature.ai) makes AI role play and coaching software for sales, support and training teams. Second Nature air filters is a separate home air filter subscription business. Search for "Second Nature AI" to find the software company's pricing questions.
Get a quote you can compare
If Second Nature is on your shortlist, ask it and one other vendor to quote the same seats, scenarios and term, and run both on the same scenario. To see what a Quotain team quote covers, read Quotain pricing and the Quotain vs Second Nature comparison. If your first use is new-hire onboarding, see how Quotain onboarding and certification works. Then book a demo with one live deal, or start with a free practice call before you talk to sales.
