Mindtickle Pricing: Packages, AI Role Play Costs, and What to Ask

On this page

TL;DR

  • Mindtickle does not publish prices. Its AI Sales Role Play product page says pricing depends on company size and team structure, and that a Mindtickle rep walks you through the options in a demo (checked October 2026).
  • Mindtickle does publish its packaging. Its Description of Subscription Services lists four packages: an LMS package, a Readiness package, and two larger packages that add content management, digital sales rooms and, at the top, Call AI.
  • Interactive AI role play is not part of any base package. The packages include one-way role plays, and two-way AI Role Play is "accessible when specified in an Order," so it is a separate line on your quote.
  • Expect the quote to move with the package mix, the number of users on each package, the AI items on the order, the support tier and any paid services.
  • If your team needs live practice and nothing else, price a practice-focused tool beside the Mindtickle quote. Quotain offers up to 3 free practice calls with no credit card, and Team plans are custom-quoted for seats and scope.

How we checked

We read Mindtickle's homepage, its AI Sales Role Play product page, its AI Role Play Simulator page, its Trust Center and its Description of Subscription Services on October 26, 2026. We looked for a pricing or packaging page in Mindtickle's navigation and sitemap and found none; mindtickle.com/pricing returned a "can't find the page" error that day. We did not use third-party price estimates, because none of them come from Mindtickle and contract terms vary by buyer.

Quotain publishes this guide and sells AI sales roleplay software, so read our product sections as a vendor's view. Quotain pricing comes from quotain.com/pricing, checked the same day.

What Mindtickle says about price

The only direct pricing statement we found is in the FAQ on Mindtickle's AI Sales Role Play product page. It says the price of its AI role play software depends on factors like company size and team structure, and that a Mindtickle rep will walk you through the options in a demo. The same FAQ says Mindtickle does not offer a self-serve free version of AI role play, and it points to a free demo at roleplay.mindtickle.com.

So any number you see for Mindtickle outside a Mindtickle quote is someone else's estimate. Treat it as a rumor until it appears on paper from Mindtickle.

Mindtickle's packages

Mindtickle's Description of Subscription Services is a legal page, not a marketing page, but it is the clearest public view of what each package holds. It names four packages. We use Mindtickle's names for two of them; for the other two we describe what they add, since that is what changes your quote.

Mindtickle describes Readiness as sales enablement with training, virtual role plays, coaching and analytics. The LMS package is aimed at individualized, gamified learning programs. The page also says a customer can buy licenses in a combination of the LMS, Readiness and larger packages, which matters if only part of your company needs role play.

Where AI role play sits in a Mindtickle quote

This is the part most buyers searching "how much does Mindtickle cost" care about, because AI role play is often the reason they are talking to Mindtickle at all.

One-way role play is in the packages. Readiness and the two larger packages include virtual role plays, which the page describes as one-way AI role play: a rep records a pitch or demo and AI grades it.

Two-way AI role play is a separate order item. The page describes interactive AI Role Play as back-and-forth AI practice and says it is accessible when specified in an order. If you want reps talking with an AI buyer, check that the line is on your order form.

An AI bundle is sold as a beta. The page also lists an "AI Pro Agentic" beta bundle (also called "Agentic AI Beta Innovator"), a combination of AI capabilities specified in an order. It names the generally available AI Role Play, AI video content creation (English only, beta) and future capabilities such as AI Tutor (beta). Ask which parts are generally available on your contract date and which are beta.

Copilot is included and on by default. AI Copilot appears in all four packages, and the page says Copilot features are on by default, with an opt-out through support or your customer success manager. On the AI Sales Role Play product page, Mindtickle says Copilot can create role play scenarios and grade submissions, and that the product supports automated certification based on scores you set.

What the role play product covers, according to Mindtickle's AI Sales Role Play product page: dozens of prebuilt buyer personas and voices, custom personas written in plain prompts, uploaded objections (the AI asks a subset in each session), screen share for demo practice, and role plays with feedback in 25+ languages. It also describes Personalized AI Role Play, which is created for each rep from skill gaps. The page we read describes a single AI buyer per session, so ask Mindtickle directly if you need several buyers in one call.

What drives a Mindtickle quote

Based on what Mindtickle publishes, these are the inputs that change the number. Mindtickle does not publish a per-user rate, so ask how each one is priced.

  1. Package choice. LMS, Readiness or one of the larger packages, and whether different groups sit on different packages.
  2. Users per package. The page refers to licenses and users but states no pricing unit. Ask whether the quote is per user, per active user or a bundle.
  3. Company size and team structure. The role play page names these two factors directly.
  4. AI items on the order. Interactive AI Role Play and the AI Pro bundle are order items, not package defaults.
  5. Support tier. Standard Support and Customer Success Services are included in the subscription fees. The page also describes Premium Support (a designated customer success manager, a one-hour initial response, 24/7 critical support) without saying whether it costs more. Ask.
  6. Services. Hands-on workshops and customized training are listed at additional cost. Mindtickle also publishes separate service descriptions for professional services, managed services and content-as-a-service, which are worth reading before you sign.
  7. Contract length and renewal terms. Mindtickle publishes nothing on these, so get them in writing.

Questions to ask Mindtickle before you sign

  • Which package is each user group on, and what is the price per user for each?
  • Is two-way AI Role Play on the order, and how is it priced: per user, per session or as a bundle?
  • Which AI features on the order are generally available and which are beta?
  • Are there usage limits on AI role play sessions or Copilot grading?
  • How many Ready-to-Deploy programs are included, and what does a custom program cost?
  • Is Premium Support included or priced separately?
  • What services are in the quote, and which would be billed later?
  • What is the contract term, the renewal cap and the price for adding users mid-term?
  • Can we pilot two-way AI role play with one team before committing the full order?

When a practice-focused tool is the cheaper buy

A full enablement suite and a practice tool are different purchases. If your company will use Mindtickle's training, content, coaching and readiness reporting, comparing it with a practice-only tool on price alone is unfair to Mindtickle. If the actual need is reps rehearsing live calls with a realistic buyer, a suite can mean paying for modules nobody opens.

A practice-focused tool is often the cheaper buy when:

  • You already have an LMS and a content system, and nobody plans to replace them.
  • The program is one team and one motion, such as discovery calls for new account executives or a pricing conversation ahead of a renewal cycle.
  • You need two-way roleplay, which Mindtickle sells as an order item on top of a package.
  • You want to test whether reps will practice at all before committing to a multi-module contract.

Quotain is one option for that case. It builds AI buyers from your playbook, past calls and deal context, and reps practice live voice calls against them (AI sales simulations). On quotain.com/pricing, checked October 2026, the free trial is $0 with no credit card and includes up to 3 practice calls (cold call, discovery or negotiation) with a scorecard and transcript after each. The Team plan is custom-quoted for your seats and scope and lists buyers in 32 languages, four difficulty levels, your own scorecards, drills and certification, and connections to your CRM, call recorder and docs. Buying-committee calls and grading of recorded customer calls are listed as available on request.

Where Mindtickle fits better than Quotain

  • You want one vendor for training, content, coaching, role play and readiness reporting, and you will use most of it.
  • You need large certification waves graded by AI. Mindtickle's role play page says AI can review thousands of role play submissions.
  • You want skill data beside CRM numbers. Mindtickle says its Readiness Index dashboards relate role play performance to quota attainment, deal size and ramp time.
  • Security review requires certifications today. Mindtickle's Trust Center lists SOC 2, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 42001:2023 and says customers can enforce SSO. Quotain does not have a SOC 2 report yet and does not offer SSO yet.
  • Your reps need recorded one-way pitch practice at scale more than live conversation.

How to compare a Mindtickle quote: a two-week pilot scorecard

Price only makes sense next to what the team will use. Before you sign, run the same practice program through Mindtickle and any practice-focused finalist for two weeks, using the same reps, scenario and scorecard. Score each line 0 (fails), 1 (partly) or 2 (passes).

2 if reps hold a live back-and-forth call with an AI buyer, not a recorded pitch

2 if three pilot reps say the buyer pushed back the way real buyers do

Rep notes after each call

Scoring against your rubric

2 if a manager and the tool flag the same gap on the same call

Two scored sessions, side by side

Retry

2 if a rep can redo the weak moment the same day

Session history

Setup time

2 if one scenario goes live in under a week without vendor services

Dated setup log

Cost per active rep

2 if first-year cost divided by reps who practiced weekly is within budget

Quote, usage report

Security fit

2 if the vendor meets your security team's written requirements

Security review notes

Add up the scores, then divide the first-year quote by the number of reps who practiced at least once a week. That figure is a fairer comparison than list price, because an unused seat costs the same as a used one. Our sales call scorecard has criteria you can reuse for the scoring line.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Mindtickle cost?

Mindtickle does not publish prices. Its AI Sales Role Play product page says pricing depends on factors like company size and team structure, and that a Mindtickle rep walks buyers through the options in a demo (checked October 2026). Your price depends on the package, the number of users, the AI items on the order, the support tier and any paid services, so the only reliable figure is a written quote.

Does Mindtickle have a pricing page?

Not as of October 26, 2026. We found no pricing link in Mindtickle's navigation or sitemap, and mindtickle.com/pricing returned an error page. The closest public document is Mindtickle's Description of Subscription Services, which lists what each package includes but gives no prices.

What packages does Mindtickle offer?

Mindtickle's subscription services description lists four packages: an LMS package for learning programs, a Readiness package that adds reinforcement, one-way role plays and Coaching Rooms, a larger package that adds Asset Hub content management and Digital Sales Rooms, and the largest package, which adds Call AI. All four include courses, certifications, AI Copilot and the Readiness Index.

Is AI role play included in Mindtickle packages?

One-way AI role play, where a rep records a pitch and AI grades it, is included in the Readiness package and the two larger packages. Two-way, interactive AI role play is not included in any package; Mindtickle's subscription description says it is available when specified in an order. Confirm the line is on your order form if reps need live conversations with an AI buyer.

Is there a free version of Mindtickle?

No. Mindtickle's AI Sales Role Play page says there is no self-serve free version of its AI role play, though it offers a free demo at roleplay.mindtickle.com. Full access comes through a sales conversation and a quote.

Is Mindtickle priced per user?

Mindtickle does not say. Its subscription description refers to licenses and users and allows licenses in a combination of packages, but it states no pricing unit or rate. Ask your Mindtickle rep whether the quote is per user, per active user or a bundle, and how adding users mid-contract is priced.

Is a practice-only tool cheaper than Mindtickle?

It can be, when the team needs live roleplay and already has an LMS and content system. Mindtickle sells two-way AI role play as an order item on top of a package, so a team that uses only practice pays for the package as well. If the company will use Mindtickle's training, content and readiness reporting, the suite may cost less than buying those tools separately.

Get a Mindtickle quote, then price the practice piece on its own

If your team will use Mindtickle's training, content and readiness modules, ask for a quote that names the package for each user group and puts two-way AI Role Play on the order as its own line. If practice is the whole job, compare that line with a focused tool. Read Quotain vs Mindtickle, see how AI sales simulations work, check Quotain pricing, or book a demo and bring one live deal. To hear a buyer first, try a free practice call.
