Yoodli Pricing: Plans, Pro and Team Costs Explained (2026)

On this page

TL;DR

  • Yoodli publishes three individual plans: Starter (free, 5 lifetime sessions), Pro ($8 per month billed annually) and Advanced ($20 per month billed annually), according to its pricing page, checked October 2026.
  • Business and Enterprise plans for organizations are priced per seat and billed annually, with no public dollar amount. You get a number through a demo or a sales call.
  • Pro is an individual plan. A sales team that wants custom rubrics, manager dashboards, SSO, integrations and central billing is shopping for Business, not ten Pro seats.
  • Price a Yoodli team pilot the way you would price any AI roleplay tool: one team, one sales motion, two weeks, and a written quote for the full rollout before you start.
  • Quotain offers up to 3 free practice calls with no credit card, then a custom quote for team seats and scope. Compare both on the same deal with the Quotain vs Yoodli comparison.

How we checked

We read Yoodli's pricing page, its Subscriptions help article, its sales team page, its homepage and its Coach product page on October 26, 2026. We also checked Google autocomplete, where "yoodli pricing", "yoodli plans" and "yoodli pro" all appear as suggestions, which is why this post covers each one.

Quotain publishes this article and sells a competing AI sales roleplay product. We kept Yoodli facts to what Yoodli publishes, cited the page for each one, and left out third-party price estimates. Prices and packaging change, so treat this as a starting point for a written quote.

Yoodli individual plans: Starter, Pro and Advanced

Starter (free)

Starter is the free entry point. The Yoodli help center says the free plan is "limited to 5 lifetime practice sessions," and the pricing page FAQ says "any practice session over 30 seconds counts as a roleplay," including feedback on an uploaded recording. Five sessions is enough to hear what Yoodli feedback sounds like. It is not enough to judge whether reps improve.

On Starter, the pricing page says session data may be used to improve Yoodli. If a rep plans to paste in real customer details, that matters.

Yoodli Pro

Pro is the plan most people mean when they search "yoodli pro." The pricing page lists it at $8 per month billed annually and describes it as "built for individuals who want regular practice." It includes up to 10 roleplays per week, live AI roleplays, feedback on uploaded recordings and access to the user community.

Like Starter, Pro session data may be used to improve the product. Pro has no admin view, no team rubric and no shared dashboard. It suits a rep who wants to rehearse a pitch or an interview on their own time.

Yoodli Advanced

Advanced costs $20 per month billed annually on the pricing page and is "built for serious individual users." It adds unlimited roleplays and excludes your data from AI training. It is also the only individual plan that supports reimbursement: users can download a reimbursement letter from their Yoodli account to claim it as a professional development expense.

If one rep wants Yoodli for themselves and their manager will approve a learning stipend, Advanced is the plan to expense.

Cancelling and refunds

The pricing page FAQ says individual plans are managed under Account, then Billing, and that cancelling ends auto-renewal while access lasts through the paid period. It also says "Yoodli does not offer refunds on cancellation." Try Starter before you commit to an annual plan.

Yoodli Business and Enterprise: what organizations get

Yoodli's organization plans are where sales teams land. The pricing page describes them as "per seat pricing, built around your program," with pricing "based on team size and use case."

Business, tagged "Most popular" on the team card, lists:

  • Yoodli Create and custom rubrics
  • Yoodli Coach for every learner
  • Measure dashboards and exports
  • LMS, CRM and MCP integrations
  • SSO, SCIM and SOC 2 Type 2

Enterprise is labeled for companies with 5,000+ employees and adds embedded roleplays and personas outside Yoodli, a dedicated deployment and security review, and a named CSM with program design. Both organization plans include unlimited custom roleplays for every learner, according to the pricing page.

Neither plan shows a dollar amount. Business says "Get a Demo" and Enterprise says "Talk to sales."

Is Yoodli Pro enough for a sales team?

Usually not. Pro gives one person practice time. A sales team buying AI roleplay usually needs five things that Pro does not include:

  1. One rubric for every rep. Managers need practice scored against the team's own criteria. Yoodli lists custom rubrics on Business, and its sales team page says programs are "graded against your sales methodology."
  2. A manager view. Someone has to see who practiced, who passed and where the gaps are. Yoodli puts that in Measure, which its sales page says "shows readiness by rep, team and program."
  3. Real-call review. Yoodli's sales team page says "Yoodli Coach reviews real calls and suggests practice," and its Coach product page names Gong and Kaia as call sources. Business lists "Yoodli Coach for every learner."
  4. Data controls. Starter and Pro session data may be used to improve Yoodli. Business and Enterprise exclude data from AI training by default, per the pricing page FAQ.
  5. Procurement basics. SSO, SCIM, central billing and a security review sit on the organization plans. The pricing FAQ says larger teams usually move to Business or Enterprise for "centralized billing, admin controls, and procurement support."

Buying Pro seats for a team and expensing them one by one skips all five. It also scatters customer details across personal accounts.

What to ask before you get a Yoodli team quote

Yoodli quotes per seat, billed annually. Ask these questions in the first call so the quote you receive matches the rollout you plan:

  • Seat count and seat changes. How many seats are in the quote, and how are seats added or reassigned mid-contract? The pricing FAQ says organization customers change seats, tiers or contracts through their account manager.
  • Which modules are included. Business lists Create, Coach, Measure and Roleplays. Confirm each one is in your quote and not a separate line.
  • Integrations in scope. Name your CRM, call recorder and LMS. Yoodli's Coach product page names Gong and Kaia as call sources. If you use a different recorder, ask how calls reach Yoodli.
  • Business or Enterprise. Enterprise is labeled for 5,000+ employees. A mid-size sales team may still need its embedded personas or security review. Ask which plan your requirements land on.
  • Contract length and renewal. Ask for the first-year price and the renewal terms in writing.
  • Pilot terms. Ask whether a paid or free pilot is possible on one team before the annual contract, and what it costs.

How to price a pilot for AI sales roleplay

A pilot answers one question: will reps practice on this tool, and will a manager trust the scores? Price it in a way you can compare across vendors.

Keep the scope small. One team, one sales motion and one scorecard, for two weeks. Six to ten reps is enough to see whether practice happens without a manager chasing it.

Then add up the full cost, including the license:

Cost line

What to record

Pilot fee

Free, paid, or credited against a contract

Seats

Number of pilot seats and the per-seat price you would pay at rollout

Setup time

Hours to build the first scenario and the rubric

Manager time

Minutes per week to review scores and coach

Rep time

Practice minutes per rep per week

Integrations

Which ones the pilot uses, and whether they cost extra later

Rollout quote

The written first-year price for the full team, and renewal terms

Then score the pilot on outcomes you can check:

Test

Pass condition

Score (0, 1 or 2)

Buyer realism

Three reps say the buyer sounds like a real prospect in your market

Context

The buyer uses the account, stage and objection you set up, and stays in role

Scoring evidence

Each score points to the line in the transcript that earned it

Manager agreement

A manager reviewing the same call finds the same gap as the tool

Retry

A rep can repeat the weak moment and see the score change

Repeat use

Reps practice again in week two without being asked

Cost clarity

You have a written rollout quote that matches the pilot scope

Run the same scenario through every tool on your shortlist. If you need a starting rubric, use the sales call scorecard template, and pick a sales moment from the discovery call roleplay guide. For more pilot detail, the best AI sales roleplay software guide has a copyable pilot record.

How Quotain prices

Quotain has two options on its pricing page, checked October 2026:

  • Free trial. $0 and no credit card. It includes up to 3 practice calls (cold call, discovery or negotiation) with a scorecard and transcript after each call. A short voice setup call tells Quotain who you sell to, and it builds the practice buyer from that. You can start a free practice call now.
  • Team. A custom quote "for your seats and scope." The plan lists buyers in 32 languages and four difficulty levels, your own scorecards, drills and certification, and your CRM, call recorder and docs connected. Buying-committee calls with several buyers, grading of recorded customer calls and the meeting recorder are listed as "On request."

Quotain does not publish a per-seat price either. Its pricing page describes how the quote is built: you describe team size, sales motions, languages and tools, then bring one live deal and Quotain builds the simulation on the call so you can judge quality before you see a price. You then get a written quote for seats, setup and support. Quotain will scope a pilot around one team and one sales motion before a wider rollout.

Two things to know for procurement. Quotain's SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress and no report is available yet, according to the Quotain Trust Center, and Quotain does not offer SSO yet. If either is a hard requirement this quarter, Yoodli's Business plan lists SSO, SCIM and SOC 2 Type 2.

The difference in pricing model follows the difference in product. Yoodli has a low-cost path for individuals and a per-seat organization plan that covers sales plus other communication skills. Quotain is sold to sales teams and builds the buyer from your playbook, past calls and deal context, as its AI sales simulations page describes, so the quote is built around the sales motions you want covered.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Yoodli cost?

Yoodli's pricing page, checked October 2026, lists Starter as free, Pro at $8 per month billed annually and Advanced at $20 per month billed annually. Business and Enterprise plans for organizations are priced per seat and billed annually, but Yoodli does not publish their prices. Teams get a quote through a demo or a sales call.

Is Yoodli free?

Yes, Yoodli has a free Starter plan. The Yoodli help center says it is limited to 5 lifetime practice sessions, and any session over 30 seconds counts. The pricing page says session data on Starter may be used to improve Yoodli. It is enough to try the product, not to run a team program.

What is included in Yoodli Pro?

Yoodli Pro costs $8 per month billed annually, according to Yoodli's pricing page in October 2026. It includes up to 10 roleplays per week, live AI roleplays, feedback on uploaded recordings and access to the user community. It is an individual plan with no team rubric, admin controls or shared dashboards, and session data may be used to improve Yoodli.

What is the difference between Yoodli Pro and Advanced?

Pro allows up to 10 roleplays per week at $8 per month billed annually. Advanced costs $20 per month billed annually and adds unlimited roleplays, exclusion of your data from AI training and a reimbursement letter for professional development budgets. Both are individual plans; neither includes team administration.

Does Yoodli publish team pricing?

No. Yoodli's Business and Enterprise plans show "Per seat, billed annually" and "Talk to sales" on the pricing page, with no dollar amount, as of October 2026. Pricing is "based on team size and use case." Ask for a written quote that names the seat count, included modules, integrations and renewal terms.

Can I expense Yoodli through my company?

Yoodli's pricing page says only the Advanced plan supports reimbursement, and users can download a reimbursement letter from their Yoodli account. For a whole team, Yoodli points larger groups to Business or Enterprise for central billing, admin controls and procurement support.

Does Yoodli offer refunds?

Yoodli's pricing page FAQ says it "does not offer refunds on cancellation." Cancelling an individual plan stops auto-renewal, and you keep access until the paid period ends. Try the free Starter plan before you pay for a year.

How does Yoodli pricing compare with Quotain?

Both publish a free way to start and quote team plans privately. Yoodli adds low-cost individual plans and per-seat organization plans that cover sales and other communication training. Quotain offers up to 3 free practice calls, then a custom team quote for seats, setup and support, built after a pilot simulation on one of your live deals. The Quotain vs Yoodli comparison covers the product differences.

Price the tool against one real deal

An individual subscription and a team rollout are different purchases, so compare quotes on the same terms: same team, same sales motion, same scorecard. Pick one deal your team is working now and run it through each shortlisted tool before anyone signs an annual contract.

To see how Quotain handles that deal, read the Quotain vs Yoodli comparison, see how AI sales simulations build the buyer, and book a demo with the deal in hand. Or try a free practice call first.

Make your sales strategy show up in every deal.
